If you want the freedom to explore this area on your own but want us to book you the best accommodation and supply you with the best suited walking itinerary then all this can be all arranged around what you require and any dates are available for any length of time.
You will stay in traditional charming hotels or in self catering accommodation and visit the most interesting places Las Alpujarras and the Sierra Nevada has to offer.

We will book your accommodation for you on a full or half board basis, we also have use of the beautiful 'casa cerdo' for groups of up to 6 and individuals who wish to come self-catered, we can organize transport to and from walks, organize transfers from the airport or we can book you a car to hire, so you can be completely free to do what you want in your own time.
The price for all the itineraries is 525 Euro per person. Included in the price is half-board accommodation, onward transfers of your luggage and a full walking pack (walk notes, itinerary, etc).
We have three itineraries for you to choose from Low, Medium and High. All the itineraries can be changed to suit your dates and the amount of days you would like to walk.I f you wish to lengthen or shorten your itinerary or change it to suit you, please contact us .
Low - Las Alpujarras Valley Walk
A leisurely walking itinerary which walks from the Western end of the valley to the centre. All walks are 6km - 14km in length and are easy in walking ability. A free day in Berchules.
This itinerary has some transfers involved to keep the walking distances down.
2 Nights in Mecina - 1 Night in Trevelez - 2 Nights in Berchules - 2 Nights in Cadiar
Medium - Las Alpujarras Valley Walk
Walk from one end of the valley taking in some of the best bits of the Alpujarran valley. All walks are 12 km - 19 km in length and are easy to medium in walking ability.
This itinerary allows you to spend two nights in each hotel, one day walking and returning to the hotel and the next day walking to the next hotel. A Free day in Trevelez.
2 Nights in Capileira - 2 Nights in Mecina - 2 Nights in Trevelez - 1 Night in Cadiar
High - Sierra Nevada & Las Alpujarras
Walk up to the Sierra Nevada and Mulhacen before descending into the more tranquil alpujarras. All walks are at least 6-10 hours in length and are of a medium to hard in walking ability.
This itinerary stays one night in the Poqueira Refugio before the ascent of Mulhacen (3482 m) the next day. Then you walk along the Alpujarran valley.
2 Nights in Capileira - 1 Night in Poquiera Refugio - 2 Nights in Trevelez - 2 Nights in Cadiar
We can also organise a centred week if people wish to stay in one hotel or we can split your week between hotels. All the itineraries can be changed to suit you.
Extras
If you want transport from Granada or Almeria to your chosen itinerary start the cost will be 100 Euro return. The local bus company can be found at www.alsa.es

Lunches can be obtained from hotels or from local shops. The average price for a picnic lunch from a hotel is 6.50/7.50 Euro, which will include a sandwich, fruit, cake and a drink, or you can buy the Ibex Trex lunch package for 5 Euro per day. Ibex Trex lunch includes large sandwich, homemade cake, fresh fruits and a drink if required.
After you pay your deposit we send you the walk notes and go ahead book the hotels and transport if needed. When you are on a Self guided walking holiday we try to keep our presence to minimum but we are always there if you need us.
